How credits work
Each tool shows its price. The cost in credits is on the tool's page, and before a job runs you get a quote for your file, based on its pages or images.
You pay only for a finished job. The quoted credits are held when the job starts and taken when it succeeds. If it fails, is refused or never completes, the hold is released.
Purchases are final. Every job runs on paid AI models, so we're sorry, but we can't refund credits once they're bought. Any right the law where you live gives you still applies. Questions about a payment or a job: support@filedone.ai.
India prices follow the card. The INR price is for cards issued in India, whatever the address. A payment at the INR price with a card from elsewhere is returned in full, and you can buy again at the USD price.
Dodo Payments is the seller. As merchant of record it takes the payment under its own buyer terms, charges any VAT, GST or sales tax due where you are, and issues the receipt. We do not see your card number.
