What this tool does

Choose a PDF of up to 50 MB and 300 pages and tap the pages you want on its page grid — "All" and "None" pick every page or clear them. The new PDF is made as soon as a page is picked and again after every tap, with the pages in their own order. Under More options you can type the pages instead (1-3, 5), or save each picked page as its own PDF, downloaded together as a zip. The new file holds copies of the picked pages, with their text, pictures and the links between them, and nothing of the pages left behind. Everything happens in your browser with a PDF library that downloads to your device when you choose the file: nothing is uploaded. There is no AI in it and no mark on your pages; the PDF's metadata records that it was made at filedone.ai, with no AI involved.

What happens to your file

Your file never leaves your device. This page opens it, changes it and saves the result in your browser; nothing is uploaded, so there is no copy on our servers to delete.

No AI provider sees it either. The page sends us one count that a run happened — no file, no name, no size. Details on the privacy page.

Questions

Is my PDF uploaded?

No. The new PDF is made by your browser, on your device, with pdf-lib, a PDF library downloaded from this site when you choose the file. The only thing we are told is that a run happened — not the file, its name or its pages.

Can I type the page numbers instead of tapping them?

Yes. Under More options, type them in "Pages to take out", such as 1-3, 5; the grid follows what you type, and a tap on the grid rewrites the box.

Can each page be a PDF of its own?

Yes. Tick "One PDF per page" under More options and every picked page becomes its own file, all of them downloaded together as a zip or one at a time. To cut a whole PDF into parts, use Split a PDF.

Is anything from the other pages left in the new file?

No. Only the picked pages are copied. A link on a picked page that pointed at a page left behind is removed rather than carrying that page along, and form fields keep only what they show on the picked pages. Bookmarks and the original title and author are not carried over.

Is there a limit, or a watermark?

One PDF at a time, up to 50 MB and 300 pages; a PDF with a password has to be unlocked first. No mark is drawn on any page; the PDF's metadata says it was made at filedone.ai with no AI involved.
